Edgewater comes equipped with its own real estate firm, City Central Realty, LLC in business for over 20 years. City Central Realty, LLC will market the property, showing the property, screening tenants and handle all the leasing logistics based on your tenant requirements.

Edgewater will get the any maintenance requests from tenants, go to the property to assess, and give you a report and our recommendations. Edgewater has a full-time maintenance staff ready to assist at a moment’s notice.

Edgewater will collect and process monthly rent payments and produce a monthly report.
