Our goal is to protect your investment and increase your bottom line. Our tenant screening process will guarantee you peace of mind and ensure that the right tenant is occupying your property. Screening services consist of a credit/background check, employment verification and landlord references. Leasing

We are available to help you with your leasing needs. We can create lease agreements and addendums to protect your rights as a landlord and protect your investment. We collect rents and transfer them to you directly every month. Our Landlord Portal provides secure online access to monthly financial reports and detailed accounting of all billing and expenses. Additionally, we take care of any property bills such as water/sewer, HOA and mortgage payments, as well as setting up security deposit accounts and refunding back renters at the end of their tenancy.

 

We provide an annual performance and analysis report of your property, including photos, to keep you updated on the performance of your investment.
